This hotel is in a quiet area, which is great for relaxing. It's also conveniently located near some good restaurants and the Ministry of Interior. Our rooms were spacious, and the bedroom met our expectations. 😊.

The whole room was amazing and had a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. It was great to have kitchen. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from Church of st Peter.

My standard king room with the bedroom was big size and beautiful. The staff were really helpful and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The venue's position was central. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from Plymouth Hoe.

The location of this place was perfect for enjoying various activities, the room was clean and incredible, and the staff were great and attentive, making our stay amazing.

The staff here was fantastic, and the hotel itself was clean and beautiful! My room came with a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities, which were all great. Plus, having a bidet in the bathroom was an added bonus. I honestly have no complaints—the venue really met my needs! 😊.

Rooms are ok, if you need a clean place to sleep, with basic TV channels/ internet. and not much more than that, this place ok. Lebanese Bakery just around the corner for breakfast.

stay out of room 104, large humming sound at night from the power transformer outside the window, making it hard to sleep. not too much choice for breakfast. Needs more TV channels.

the room facilities were excellent and provided a comfortable stay. I also received a nice upgrade during my first night, which was a great value for money. While the breakfast was not exceptional, it was still satisfactory. Cons: All was good 👍.

Convenient location close to good restaurants. the standard queen room comes equipped with a fridge, coffee/tea maker, and iron for your convenience. 🌟

They say they have room service and breakfast but they don'T. When I asked for some delivery menus a guy who smelled really bad came to my room. Rooms are quite dark.

The staff members were nice and amicable. the location of the hotel was ideal for those interested in such activities.

First, they try to deposit the full payment from the first minute. Second, they do not clean the room until you ask so. Third, ac is on top of your head on the bid, living room. You will never be able to sleep, I bit. Fourth... If you want to hear all kind of noise from 5 am until mid night suck as drilling and hammering, then book in this misrable place. What is worse, you complain and they never appologize, or offer you move to a floor without noise.

Their credit card machine was not working! They did not make an effort to fix it and made me walk so long to a cash machine to get them cash!
